I enjoy working on the official documentation for SQL Server Integration Services at Microsoft, and striving to make it better. This Web site and blog are an entirely unofficial extension of my daily work and of my enthusiasm for IS.

Sometimes there are things that you deserve to know before the next release of Books Online. Or tips and gotchas that will never earn a page in BOL or a Knowledge Base article. Or code that I wrote that doesn’t include robust error-handling.

Thus the new blog. I hope to be informative and timely, and occasionally witty, but without getting fired. I look forward to your comments.
